Maximum Output Current: more than 250mA  
The FT510xx series are precise, extra low power  
consumption, positive voltage regulators with a  
significantly small dropout voltage. Each device  
contains a current limiter circuit, a PMOS power  
transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error  
amplifier circuit.  
Dropout Voltage: 160 mV
