Product Description  
GRF4107 is a high linearity PA /Linear Driver with high  
reverse isolation. It delivers excellent Gain, P1dB and  
IP3 over a wide range of frequencies with fractional  
bandwidths of roughly 5 to 10%.  
The device is primarily targeted at applications below  
2.7 GHz but can be used up to 3.8 GHz with a suitable  
driver amplifier. It can be biased over a wide range of  
Vcc from 3.0 to 5.0 volts and ICCQ is adjustable for opti-  
mal efficiency and linearity
