The 209CNQ center tap Schottky rectifier module series has  
been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature.  
Theproprietarybarriertechnologyallowsforreliableoperation  
up to 175 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are in  
highcurrentswitchingpowersupplies,platingpowersupplies,  
UPSsystems,converters,free-wheelingdiodes,welding,and  
reversebatteryprotection.
