Applications
The JDSU fused fiber attenuator is a compact, fused component that decreases
optical power in telecommunications equipment, passive telephony, or cable
television (CATV) networks and test equipment.
• Power management in optical networks
• Wavelength division multiplexing
(WDM) system channel balancing
• Receiver protection
