General Description

These diodes small signal Zener diodes, fabricated in planar

technology. Miniature surface mount package is excellent for

hand-held and portable applications where is space is limited.

 Standard Zener voltage tolerance is 4.3%.

 Full lead (Pb)-free device and RoHS compliant device
