Two tolerance series: ±2% and ±5%  
Low-power voltage regulator diodes encapsulated in  
SOD882 leadless ultra small plastic packages.  
Working voltage range: nominal 2.4 V to 75 V  
(E24 range)  
Leadless ultra small plastic package  
(1 mm × 0.6 mm × 0.5 mm)  
Boardspace 1.17 mm2 (approximately 10% of SOT23)
