ThePI90LV/LVB3487andPI90LV/LVB9638aredifferentialline
drivers that use low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) to sup-
port data rates in excess of 400 Mbps. These products are designed
for applications requiring high-speed, low-power consumption
and low noise generation.
A low voltage TTL/CMOS input level is translated by the device
intoalow-voltage(350mV)differentialoutputsignal.
• Typical Propagation Delay of 1.2ns
• MaximumPowerDissipation:25mW@200MHz/driver
Applications
Applications include point-to-point and multidrop baseband data
transmission over controlled impedance media of approximately
100-ohms. The transmission media can be printed circuit board
traces, backplanes, or cables.

SKD2 is the Differential Channel-to-Channel Skew of any event on the same device.
SKD3, Differential Part-to-Part Skew, is defined as the difference between the minimum and maximum specified differential propagation
delays. This specification applies to devices at the same VCC and with 5°C of each other within the operating temperature range.

tSKD4, Part-to-Part Skew, is the differential Channel-to-Channel skew of any event between devices. This specification applies to devices
over recommended operating temperature and voltage ranges, and across process distribution. tSKD4 is defined as
I Max - Min I differential propagation delay.
9. Generator waveform for all tests unless otherwise specified: f = 1 MHz, ZO = 50 ohms, tr ≤1ns, and tf ≤ 1ns.
10. Output short circuit current (IOS) is specified as magnitude only, minus sign indicates direction only.
