The packing specification of non-reel products is added for RF & Microwave transistors.
Please refer to the table 1 for the applicable product.
2. Details of the packing specification of non-reel added
In non-reel products, we will add the following specifications.
The current specification; Magazine case (Fig.1)
Specification after change; Magazine case or Embossed tape 12 mm wide (Fig.2)
3. Reason for changes
For unification of packing specification
4. Schedule of changes
We are planning to apply from July, 2014 production.
5. Electrical characteristics and reliability
There is no influence of the electrical characteristics and reliability by this change.
