GENERAL DESCRIPTION  
FEATURES  
The single SGM8965A-1 and dual SGM8965A-2 are  
high speed CMOS operational amplifiers with high input  
impedance, zero-crossover and low distortion. These  
devices can operate from 2.2V to 5.5V single supply.  
Unity-Gain Stable  
Gain-Bandwidth Product: 50MHz  
Slew Rate: 30V/μs  
High CMRR: 94dB (TYP)  
Low Offset Voltage: 50μV (TYP), 280μV (MAX)  
Low Bias Current: 1pA (TYP)  
The SGM8965A-1/2 feature high speed and low noise.  
They support rail-to-rail input and output operation. The  
input common mode voltage range is from (-VS) - 0.1V  
to (+VS) + 0.1V, and the output range is from (-VS) +  
0.006V to (+VS) - 0.006V. Furthermore, the SGM8965A-1/2  
provide high CMRR with zero-crossover and low  
distortion, which are designed to drive ADCs with high  
linearity. These devices can be used in a variety of  
applications, such as audio, mobile phone and signal  
conditioning.

specified over the extended -40 to +125 ℃

APPLICATION INFORMATION
