DESCRIPTION

The UTC 78XX family is monolithic fixed voltage
TO-220
TO-263
TO-252
regulator integrated circuit. They are suitable for
applications that required supply current up to 1 A.

*Thermal overload shutdown protection
*Short circuit current limiting
