DESCRIPTION
The UTC UD22K is a dual transistor, including an NPN transistor
and a PNP transistor.
FEATURES
* Built-in bias resistors that implies easy ON/OFF applications.
* The bias resistors are thin-film resistors with complete isolation to
allow positive input.
