FEATURES
Vishay Sprague Model 109D tubular elastomer-sealed,
gelled-electrolyte sintered anode TANTALEX® capacitors fill
the basic requirements for applications where a superior
quality, reliable design for industrial, automotive and
telecommunications applications is desired.
Type 109D capacitors are commercial equivalents of
Military Style CL64 and CL65, designed to meet the
performance requirements of Military Specification MIL-C-
3965.
Life Test: Capacitors are capable of withstanding a 2000
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
hour life test at a temperature of + 85°C or + 125°C at the
Operating Temperature: - 55°C to + 85°C. (To + 125°C
