Description/Features
The 30CTQ...L center tap Schottky rectifier has been opti-
mized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate
leakage.Theproprietarybarriertechnologyallowsforreliable
operation up to 150° C junction temperature. Typical applica-
tionsareinswitchingpowersupplies, converters, free-wheel-
ing diodes, and reverse battery protection.
