什么是变容二极管
- 变容二极管(Variable Capacitance Diode,简称Varactor Diode),也被称为调谐二极管或慢波二极管,是一种具有可变电容特性的二极管。通过改变反向偏压的大小可以改变其电容值。
变容二极管的工作原理基于PN结的反向偏压和电荷堆积效应。当反向偏压增大时,PN结两端的空间电荷区域会逐渐扩展并增加,这就导致了变容二极管的有效电容越来越大。反之,当反向偏压减小时,空间电荷区域缩小并逐渐消失,从而使得变容二极管的电容值减小。
