什么是稳流二极管
- 稳流器二极管（也称Zener二极管或伏安稳定二极管）的工作原理与普通二极管不同。普通二极管正常工作时，正极连接高压电源，负极接地，形成正向偏置；反向偏置时，二极管的反向电阻很大，相当于一个开路。而稳流器二极管则是利用反向击穿效应，将其放在反向偏置状态下工作，保持反向电压在减压区，实现电流的稳定。
