什么是OTP ROM
- OTP ROM,全称One-Time-Programmable Read-Only Memory,即一次性可编程只读存储器,也被称为eFuse。
OTP ROM的工作原理基于其内部的物理结构。在编程过程中,通过特定的方式(如激光烧断、电流熔断等)改变存储位的物理状态,从而实现从0到1的编程。由于这种物理状态的改变是不可逆的,因此OTP ROM只能被编程一次。
