DAꢀA ꢁhEEꢀ - Rev 2.1  
use time. ꢀꢂe AWꢀ6751 is designed for use botꢂ  
witꢂ and witꢂout average power tracking (APꢀ). APꢀ  
can be used to optimize tꢂe VCC level for tꢂe desired  
output power level and linearity, wꢂicꢂ greatly reduces  
tꢂe total current drawn from tꢂe battery. ꢀꢂis feature,  
in conjunction witꢂ hPM and LPM operating modes,  
enables significant improvements in overall power  
added efficiency of tꢂe AWꢀ6751 across tꢂe entire  
dynamic range of operating powers. APꢀ requires  
use of an external variable voltage supply (DC-DC  
converter), wꢂicꢂ is used to provide tꢂe variable  
voltage to VCC pad of tꢂe amplifier. In some cases, tꢂe  
average current over tꢂe ꢀꢁ.09 power profile can be  
reduced by more tꢂan 25%. A low-leakage sꢂutdown  
mode increases standby time.
