7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLF6G20-110 and BLF6G20LS-110 are capable of withstanding a load mismatch
corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions:
VDS = 28 V; IDq = 900 mA; PL = 110 W (CW); f = 1990 MHz.
