Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillators  
DESCRIPTION  
The M303 Series of VCXO’s are available over an  
output frequency range of 100MHz to 800MHz. A  
standard device provides temperature stability of  
better than 20ppm over an operating temperature  
range of 0°C to 70°C. The differential LVPECL  
output signal features less than 3psec (rms) jitter  
when implemented in a 50environment.  
These high-performance, high-speed devices are  
designed specifically for today’s most demanding  
applications, including network computing, ATE,  
high-end servers, base stations, and datacomm  
and telecomm transmission.  
The M303 Series is available in both SMT or  
Through Hole pin configurations.
