Dimension (Units : mm)
The BD6606KVT is a system motor driver IC. All drivers
necessary for a playback portable MD player is integrated
onto one chip. This IC requires low power consumption,
due to the low ON resistance Power MOSFET operation
and the charge-pump circuit. The use of a single chip and
a small package allows for a smaller set.
Features

3-phase full-wave sensorless driver for spindle
2-channel H-bridge driver for focus/tracking
3-phase driver for spindle
2-channel half-bridge driver for focus/tracking
2) Lower power consumption due to low ON resistance
